Monika Hijam is the Founder and President of WIWC. She is the Pastor of the church, and received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in the year 2003. She was a corporate professional before she surrendered her life to the call of God and came back to her home town Imphal to share the gospel to the traditional Meitei and tribal societies of Manipur. Being chosen by God to do His will and His mighty ministry, with the blessing from her mentor/spiritual father Rev Johnson Varghese, she and the core team started WIWC.
